OFF-SEASON reserves the right to change or adjust these terms at any point in time. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting on the website.

BUSINESS NAMES & CORPORATE STRUCTURE

OFF-SEASON operates under various business names for the purpose of conducting retail operations. The business name includes, but is not limited to, Jaizai Investments Inc. When making purchases or engaging in transactions with OFF-SEASON, customers may encounter these alternative business names.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree that any transactions conducted under an alternative business name are still subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Any rights, obligations, and responsibilities specified within these terms apply equally to transactions made under any of OFF-SEASON’s business names.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By completing a purchase on our website and agreeing to our Terms & Conditions at checkout, you authorize OFF-SEASON (and our payment partners) to charge your payment method for the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are the authorized cardholder. For suspected fraudulent use, contact us immediately so we may support your bank’s investigation.

Customers agree to contact OFF-SEASON directly to resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Failure to do so may result in delays in resolution.

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that contradicts these Terms and Conditions. Accounts associated with excessive or fraudulent chargebacks may be restricted from future purchases.

Chargebacks that conflict with these Terms may result in liability for the original order amount and associated fees.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once an order is placed:

• We cannot modify size, item, quantity, or customer information
• We cannot cancel orders
• Order confirmation does not guarantee availability or shipment

All orders are subject to fraud review, which may delay processing. Additional information may be required to verify your purchase.

Orders generally process within 5 business days, but delays can occur during high-volume periods or holidays.

Prices shown exclude taxes. Taxes are added at checkout based on your shipping address.

OFF-SEASON reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to:

• Invalid or incomplete payment
• Incorrect shipping details
• Suspected fraud
• Stock issues
• Errors in product or pricing information
• Violations of these Terms

We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, household, or order at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse of policies, or violation of these Terms.

PROMOTIONS & PRICING

Promotions, pricing, and product availability may vary by channel and inventory. Promotional offers are valid only during the stated timeframe and apply only to eligible items while supplies last. Due to the nature of past-season product, additional exclusions may apply.

We do not offer price adjustments or price matching for prior purchases. Discounts are applied only where applicable and will be reflected at checkout. If a discount is not reflected at checkout, the item is not eligible for the promotion.

Promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively and may not be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless otherwise stated. Promotions may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without notice.

SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping Only

OFF-SEASON ships domestically within the United States only. No international shipping is offered at this time.

Orders are shipped exclusively via FedEx. We do not offer:

• In-store pickup
• Expedited shipping
• Shipping to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses

Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days. Once shipped, delivery may take an additional 3–7 business days.

Processing and shipping times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, weather events, carrier delays, or other factors outside of our control. All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays do not entitle customers to refunds, cancellations, credits, or shipping cost reimbursements, except where required by law.

Address Accuracy

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed.

If flexibility is needed, customers may use FedEx Delivery Manager to:

• Hold packages
• Schedule delivery
• Redirect to FedEx pickup locations

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@off--season.com so that we may assist with a carrier claim.

Box or packaging damage alone does not qualify for a refund.

RETURN & ISSUE RESOLUTION POLICY

OFF-SEASON accepts returns only in the following cases:

• The item is defective
• The item is damaged
• The item received is incorrect

Due to the limited nature of past-season product, general returns, exchanges, and store credit are not offered.

To request a return:

• Contact info@off--season.com within 24 hours of delivery
• Include photos and order details

Approval is not guaranteed and is limited to the conditions outlined above.

Approved returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.

All determinations regarding returns, refunds, and claims are made at OFF-SEASON’s sole discretion.

DAMAGED SHIPPING OR SHOE BOXES

If an item or packaging arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with FedEx to file a claim where applicable.

Packaging damage alone does not qualify for a full refund. Compensation for packaging damage is discretionary and handled on a case-by-case basis.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

OFF-SEASON is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased item.
