OFF-SEASON accepts returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Because our inventory consists of limited past-season product, we are not able to offer general returns or exchanges at this time.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@off--season.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

All return requests must be submitted directly by email.

Step 1

Email info@off--season.com within 24 hours of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

Step 2

Our team will review your request and determine whether the item qualifies for a return.
Approval is not guaranteed and applies only to defects, damage, or incorrect fulfillment.

Step 3

If your request is approved, you will receive:
• A prepaid FedEx return label
• Instructions for returning your item

Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return label.

Step 4

Once the item is received and inspected:
• Approved claims will be refunded to the original payment method
• Items that do not meet the criteria (worn, used, missing tags, or not the item described) will be returned to you and the refund denied

RETURN GUIDELINES

To qualify for a return:
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags and packaging must be included
• Return authorization must be granted prior to sending anything back

Please note:
Box or packaging damage during transit does not qualify for a refund.
Unauthorized returns or refused packages will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

OFF-SEASON does not offer exchanges due to the limited and past-season nature of our inventory. If an approved defective, damaged, or incorrect item is no longer available, a refund will be issued.

STORE CREDIT

OFF-SEASON does not issue store credit or e-gift cards.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method for approved returns.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If your refund has been approved and processed:
• Check your bank or card account
• Contact your bank, as processing may take 5–7 business days
