At OFF-SEASON, we strive to provide a seamless shipping experience for our valued customers. All orders are shipped exclusively via FedEx to domestic United States destinations. Please note that we do not offer in-store pickup, and we are unable to accept orders addressed to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
For any inquiries regarding FedEx services, you can reach FedEx Customer Service by calling 1.800.463.3339. Your order's processing time is important to us, and we aim to ship all orders within 5 business days.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipments may be affected by weather-related delays, carrier limitations, or other events outside of our control. It may take up to 10 business days for orders to be delivered within the United States, considering approximately 2 to 3 days for order processing, 1 to 2 business days for packing and shipping, and an additional 2 to 3 business days for delivery.
During high order volume or holidays, shipping and processing times may be extended. In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 days due to delays caused by weather, carrier limitations, or other unexpected factors. In such cases, customers may request to cancel the order or receive a partial refund for the shipping delay.
We do not provide expedited shipping or expedited processing services. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different locations. Ensuring the accuracy of your shipping address is essential, as we are unable to alter shipping addresses once an order has been shipped. You may, however, schedule a pickup at a FedEx holding location or reschedule a delivery date through the FedEx Delivery Manager service.
If a package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@off--season.com so that we may initiate a claim with the carrier. We recommend using FedEx Delivery Manager if you anticipate being unavailable during delivery. If your package has been delayed and remains in the same location for more than 3 days, contact our customer service team so that we may assist in opening a claim with FedEx.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If any issues arise with your order, contact our customer service team at info@off--season.com within 24 hours of delivery. Timely communication is important, as delays may limit the available resolution options. Filing a claim with FedEx does not guarantee reimbursement, particularly if FedEx confirms delivery to the correct address.
